Videomapping

Visual art project created by Ondřej Čištín, based in Prague. The project is focused on stage design, video mapping, interactive installations, VFX, and 3D animation. People easily recognize his art due to its immersive and imaginative approach to multimedia, interweave with inspiration from expanded and altered states of consciousness with a drop of visionary and archetypal experiences gently used to turn on, tune in and drop out the viewer.

Ondřej became interested in visual arts at a young age, when he was influenced by the phenomenon of the DIY approach, festivals such as Freeze Fest, Boom festival and free techno culture. He studied Interactive Graphics at the Prague Hollarka, where he improved his skills in various forms of multimedia art, including animation, the basics of programming, sculpture, painting and graphics.

After completing his studies, Ondřej began to express himself more through digital media, experimenting with new forms of visual storytelling and interactive art. He gained subculture attention for his approach to creating immersive environments that blurred the boundaries between physical and digital space.

In recent years, Ondřej has improved his skills in programming interactive installations and 3D animation, but he still maintains his passion for stage design. He is increasingly involved in collaborations with musicians, dancers, programmers, technicians and other artists. Together, they create truly unique and memorable performances and installations that engage the viewer on multiple levels.
