Triptofun byl vtažen do světa elektronické hudby v roce 2004 poslechem DnB/ jungle CD jednoho českého soundsystému a posléze první freetekno party v roce 2005. Zanedlouho objevil psytrance a od té doby se pohybuje jak v techno, tak psytrance subkultuře. Fascinace a inspirace změněnými stavy vědomí, hudbou a tancem trvá dodnes jak v jeho tvorbě, tak i v profesním životě. Od tvorby hardware freetekna se dostal k Djingu a v roce 2011 vstoupil do jihočeského psytrance uskupení Kamasutra. Jeho noční sety na mainflooru se většinou pohybují mezi technem a darkprog/ dark psytrance. Jakožto multižánrový DJ však denně obsesivně selektuje tracky do svých setů v žánrech jako deep dubstep/ bass, deep house, DnB, hip-hop/ trip-hop, garage, wave, ambient apod., tak aby dokázal zahrát v jakoukoliv denní dobu dle konceptu události. Zahrál si na Zélandu, v Austrálii, v latinské Americe, Anglii a v několika zemích Evropy. Organizoval nespočet hudebních akcí jak s Kamasutrou, tak sólo (série Dark Comics) nebo s ostatními skupinami.
ENG: Triptofun was drawn into the world of electronic music in 2004 by listening to a DnB/jungle CD of one czech soundsystem and by his first freetekno party in 2005. Soon he discovered psytrance and since then he has been involved in both techno and psytrance subcultures. The fascination and inspiration of altered states of consciousness, music and dance continues to this day in both his musical and professional life. He moved from making hardware freetekno to DJing and in 2011 joined the south bohemian psytrance group Kamasutra. His night sets on the mainfloor are mostly techno/ darkprog/ dark psytrance. However, as a multi-genre DJ, he obsessively selects tracks for his sets on a daily basis in genres such as deep dubstep/ bass, deep house, DnB, hip-hop/ trip-hop, garage, wave, ambient, etc., so that he can play at any time of the day according to the concept of the event. He has played in NZ, Australia, Latin America, England and several countries in Europe. He has organized countless musical events both with Kamasutra and solo (Dark Comics series) or with other groups.
